don't most school zones include a much lower speed limit during school hours? or maybe they just do this for younger students?

we are all nuts - it's like we are living in a zoo full of wild beasts and we funnel them as close as possible to our children.

this is from the wisdot school safety site: http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/safety/motorist/pedestrians/kids.htm

"Motorists are also responsible for child pedestrian safety. Slow down in school zones, near parks and pools and in neighborhoods where children are present."

I guess they forgot to add, "if you WANT to."

Is this a violent crime in a school zone?
