Having just crossed the isthmus on my bike(Wednesday noon hour) from Campus drive to Willy St area and back, I think maybe we should have a poll at Channel3000 suggesting that people don't walk during daylight hours. I could have hit a dozen people who just are not paying attention. We can bash the police and mv drivers as much as we want, but at what point does the individual take responsibilty for themselves?
