This issue surfaced at the LRTPC last month - two projects disappeared from the regional transportation plan, one of which was the Perry St Project. At last week's meeting, the LRTPC decided to look into modifying the review process of the regional transportation plan in order to avoid situations like the one involving the Perry St overpass. The question is still open regarding how/if to address the Perry St. Overpass situation specifically - but that is also on the LRTPC's future agenda. The discussions on this might occur at the LRTPC next month. When I find out for certain I will post the dates to this list.
