Thanks for the update Arthur. I am glad to see this is going to be
properly signed. I was a little disappointed when I encountered this
constuction heading toward the Capitol on Friday morning. There was no
signage until right at Baldwin & Dickinson. Knowing the volume of
bicycle traffic on this part of the Capitol City Trail, I would expect
to see a little better effort from the city in letting bicyclists know
well in advance (like at the willy/eastwood st crossing) that this
stretch of the trail is out of commission.
