Until she's able to take the fixed route bus, a monthly pass won't
help her. Paratransit riders pay $3 ride (prime time) and $2 off-
peak. Yes folks, that's right -- when it comes to raising fares,
Metro gets more from the population with the highest unemployment
rate and lowest average income than from any pass holder (approx
$0.82/ride, last time I was on the TPC.)
