This just came into my IN box. Thought others might find it interesting. ____________________________________________ Tonight, ABC's 20/20 will be featuring the gentleman (Ian Walker?) that studied the relationship between a helmet wearing bicyclist and overtaking motor vehicle distances. Additionally, the trailer mentioned that Canadian and Australian studies (apparently these countries have some sort of mandatory helmet laws) indicate helmet laws are ineffective as helmets discourage bicycle use and/or contribute to higher risk behavior.
