... and the Zoning Inspector completely skipped over the finer points of
the bike parking ordinances during inspection - as usual.  This is a
chronic problem that needs to get addressed.  

I would like to hear from building inspection on this one - how do we
get inspectors to ensure bike parking facilities comply with the
ordinances?  Ordinances, I might point out, that are crafted in part to
reduce occurrences of problematic bicycle parking.

city code, which the fence-style racks do not.
