Thanks for posting this Chuck. I pointed out to the school board tonight that 40% of our property taxes pay for roads - and that means that the schools are competing for funding with roads. Therefore in the long run it is in the interest of the school board to give our kids the kind of transportation experience that decreases reliance on the automobile.
