On Friday afternoon a lady leaned out of the passenger window of a moving white
car and tried to grab either me or my bag while I was biking down the bus/bike
lane on Fish Hatchery Road. The car had to swerve into my lane to get close
enough to me. She missed grabbing me and said "Darn...almost!" as they passed
by. I didn't have the presence of mind to get the license plate number.
