I'd like to bring everyone's attention to a feature on the city's web
site called Report a Problem. I used to recently to report another
wheel-eater pothole, and to my delight, it got fixed THE NEXT DAY! I am
hoping that it is not just coincidence (they were going to fix it
anyway?) or my position with the city that led to this result.
Larry Nelson, City Engineer, does monitor this list, but reporting it on
the city's web site might get a faster result. If your problem fits into
one of the pre-assigned links, it automatically get routed to the right
department/staff member.

To find this the next time you need it, it is on the city's home page,
left column, second to last link under "City Government Info."
