Someone a year of so ago, possibly Jeff Schimpf (sp? sorry!) said that there ought to be a law that every hybrid has a Jetsons' flying car noise maker. I agree - after being surprised several times by Priuses that just "appeared" next to me, and having been actually been de-biked by one that clipped me without me being aware that they were there at all.
