Governor Doyle's Global Warming Task Force Co-Chairs recently issued a memorandum summarizing the results of the public input sessions held earlier this month. They conclude "A dominant theme of commenters was the need for individuals to take responsibility for their actions and modify habits and lifestyles to lessen their contributions to greenhouse gas emissions individually and in their businesses." (Gee, I wonder how they expect that to happen?)
