what bugs me is where highwaymen refer to highway expansions as "improvements."
 Excuse me, improvements for who??????

Would it help if we started countering the word
"enhancements" (sounds like push-up bras or make-up, things to
accentuate the, uh, beauty of the highway, and not really necessary)
with something like "congestion reduction" to remind automobilists
that if we weren't on bikes or sidewalks we'd be taking up space in
their crowded lanes?
