For those of you with helmets by Bell or Giro, it's worth noting that you can participate in the Crash Replacement Plan offered by the companies (well, they're actually the same company).
If you crash wearing a helmet, you should replace the helmet right away as they're only designed to be fully effective for one impact. The Crash Replacement Program offers a 30% discount off a new helmet.
