George...more crashes are from turning movements...but more FATAL crashes are 
overtaking.  Speed differential is the key, I think.  In an urban setting, you 
are unlikely to be hit from behind and die...on a rural road (especially at 
night), it is another case.  In an urban setting, you are more likely to be hit 
in a turning movement...you probably won't die (because the speed differential 
is low), but you might have brain damage or other serious injuries.

Troy...yes, traffic cameras are "on the radar".  But there are some legal 
issues in Wisconsin preventing the idea moving forward (I don't know the 
details, maybe Arthur does).  The subject is being worked on, though...in fact 
I believe that is one of the current BFW board president's pet projects.  I 
imagine that Safe Community Coalition has an interest as well.
