Dear Group, BFW is a group to advance the interests of cycling and cyclists. On that we can agree. But pitting some sincere cyclists against other sincere cyclists should certainly NOT be a result. There is no way for BFW to get involved in either local zoning or STATE powers over property without bitterly splitting the bicycle membership base. So why suggest that as a goal? Certainly the addition of a word such as "Smart" does not make action either smart or a consensus.
