states the ballot is due 'no later than 5pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2007'
according to the 2007 calandar on my wall here. . . wednesday is october 31st thursday is november 1st friday is november 2nd would an employee or executive board member provide clarity as to when the deadline for completed ballot submission is due?. best regards all- ed.
