Dear Matt, YOU HAVE SAID IT ALL. At least you have described fully, your vision of the WBF for all to see. And you have stated your position on the role of the STATE to COMMAND right and wrong as you see it. With the discourse in "bikies" as an example, your two paragraphs might become the POLICY STATEMENT for BFW? Simply forget the BFW role of promoting interest and bike riding as the engine of bicycling advancement and promote perks and land use changes to the members who ride bicycles now.
