Reconstruction of the Monroe, Regent and Southwest Path intersection is not being postponed in order to use the funding to do something else. Monroe and Regent is not soup yet, so there is no project that can be constructed in 2008. Thus the funds that were originally included in the 2008 budget for this project can be allocated to other projects. Arthur
