I just wanted to give people a heads up that the Pumpkin Hollow Neighborhood Plan will be discussed at the Long Range Transportation Plan Commission. LRTPC meets at 5 PM Thursday in room LL-110 of the Municipal Bldg.
Bicyclists will be especially interested if they frequently, or even infrequently use Portage Road as an "urban escape route," as it is indicated on the Dane County Bicycle Plan. Portage Road runs right through the middle of the neighborhood, so I would expect significant impacts as the neighborhood develops.
