Skills/abilities: * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with media, members and potential members of the BFW, volunteers, and stakeholders. * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. * Understanding of basic bicycle and pedestrian advocacy. * Ability to persuade and convince individuals and groups to join the BFWs grassroots network of cycling education and advocacy supporters. * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to implement and operate a network of retail sales outlets. * Dedication to the BFWs mission: Making Wisconsin a Better Place to Bicycle. Education and/or experience: * B.S. degree is desirable.
