Dear Darryl, I truly enjoyed your last contribution and laughed good heatedly on and on. But even though I have largely lived in rural Wisconsin, I have experienced the the most brutal and rough shod example of outright communist land use confiscation. So, that subject is more than an academic libertarian matter to me.
