Dear Robbie and group,

To make my original comment about the Frank Busalacchi policy statement
clearer and in context, isn't he calling for more and bigger and grander
highways?  Doesn't he claim the purpose is to cut highway deaths by bigger
and grander limited access ribbons across the country? And then he claims
it is for the economy--truck transit and reallocations and house building
suburban sprawl?  And finally, all the e-mails I have read to this
site--BIKIES--support just the opposite intervention.

Do you seriously want all this highway development in hopes of an
accommodation to the "silent sports?"  In actuality, the politicians will
simply put new gas tax money into the "general fund."  There is no more
"lock box" there  than for social security tax.
