McDonnell totally dominated the vote. Looks to be impossible for Heyne
in the General election. I guess deNure's Ferris Wheel proposal will
have to wait...
-Dane County Board District 12-
Ted Krez (North Mendota Parkway supporter)
Paul Rusk ("Trainiac")
A very strong showing for Rusk in the primary. Yet another defeat in
the seemingly unending chain of defeats for Wil Sandstrom.
-Dane County Board District 15-
Ronn Ferrell (Anti RTA)
Lisa Subeck (Transportation savvy)
Subeck held a respectable lead in the primary. Based on this lead, it
is quite likely that Subeck will win in April.
-Dane County Board District 28-
Susan Beil (Supports RTA)
Kurt Schlicht (RTA opponent)
Schlicht won by a somewhat respectable margin with heavy voter turnout.
It is going to be a tough climb for Susan Beil - If you have time to
help only one candidate, I would say this is the race to focus on.
-Dane County Board District 36-
Richard Pertzborn (RTA/Smart Growth support)
Cynda Solberg
Pertzborn looks to have solid support that will be hard to beat going
into the general election.
