Potholes always has been, and still is, one of the specific service types listed on the city's Report a Problem webpage. Whether you enter the system through the Report a Problem webpage of the Pothole Patrol webpage, you go to the same report form. The Pothole Patrol page provides additional educational materials on potholes. There is also a link to the Report a Problem page on the Pothole Patrol page. The city is being careful not to duplicate or dilute its efforts at making it easy for citizens to report problems. Arthur
