There is absolutely no way, short of bridges or tunnels, that a roundabout at that intersection can be made safe and convenient for bicyclists and pedestrians. We need to make ourselves heard on that. While small, low-speed roundabouts can work for cyclists, even those are very bad for pedestrians, and high speed roundabouts favor motorists completely at the expense of cyclists and pedestrians.
