There is no bike lane anywhere on Walter Street.  Between Hargrove and
Richard, where there is a curve, there is an edge line on the east side
of the street to help direct northbound drivers around the curve and
away from cars that can legally park on that side of Walter St.  This is
not signed nor marked as a bike lane, and if you look at the city's bike
map, there is no indication of there being a bike lane on this section
of Walter Street.
