I actually do know of a stupider bike lane...in Janesvile! I think I wrote
about it before but it's not only 1 lane but 2 & their on both sides of the
street on a 1 way street going downtown for 1 block & 1 block only. Then, both
simply vanish... Janesville doesn't have the traffic of a larger city but it
would still be a little scary going from the safety of 2 bike lanes to none,
especially if you found yourself on the L side of the road.
It was an interesting fix for a road planner to making a 2 ln to a 1 ln...
