Due to their central location and the promonade effect they present, I suggest 
East and West Washington Ave.From the Yaraha River Bridge to the Park Street 
intersection. Along with some streets to get you around the square. With 
activities at Brittingham park on the west end, the square in the middle and 
Burr Jones field at the east end. We may want to include some north south 
streets to tie in the lakes and the lakefront open spaces.

Other ideas?
