West Dayton from Randall to the Square would be a logical candidate for 
closure. It is parallel to Johnson, has relatively light traffic most of the 
time, and people can get to destinations such as the Kohl Center via cross 
streets.  (It's also parallel to the Greenbush connector, so the benefits of 
closure are now much less than would have been up until a couple years ago...
