Jeff Schimpff posted that there is an on-line survey for trail users, but I want to send a reminder. This is a great chance to voice support for bicycle trails and say what you like or don't like about the state trails. Remember that the Capital City Trail and Military Ridge are both state trails, so you can put in a pitch for not charging in urban areas.
I am on the State Trails Council, and the ATV population is very vocal.
