Yes, I have noticed that the bike path appears to be a little smaller these
days in Madison due to a little higher biking volume. I just hope that
everyone is slowing down a little. More people are walking and biking and I
implore everyone to slow down and pass wisely on the bike paths in Madison.

A Certain area that I have found to be quite congested is the crossing of the
bike path at Fair Oaks. People want to go around you on the left if they feel
that you are taking too long. Please use your hand signals on the bike path so
that your fellow biker has an idea of where you are planning to go.

A little more respect will hopefully allow us to have a safer ride.

Thanks,

Shae D.
