I think it should be mandatory that the Parks Commission mandate the organizers 
of all large events using public parks to provide a certain level of bike 
parking, either entirely or in add'n to what's there.

I had to haul two big bike racks in for the Madison Blues Society's Blues 
Picnic at Warner Park this past weekend (Bike Fed. racks).  It's a good thing I 
did, since they were filled throughout the day.
 
Warner Park needs bike racks and they need to be placed near the pavilion.  
It's a pain in the butt to haul bike racks to city parks for community non 
profit events for the nonmotorists.
