A basic question might be, "Select the item which does not fit with the other items."----1. Bike paths, 2. Interstate Highway System, 3. Hub Airports, 4. Hub Airports Air Traffic Controllers.    But even more directly, ----as of YET, bike paths are not determined and controlled from Washington.  As you might expect, I would lead a charge to "privatize" the three Federal monopolies you describe if I had the following to do so.
