Thanks, Robbie, for that article on scofflaws.  I had the pleasure of a 
lesson in St. Louis riding from our local dealer there many years ago.  
He explained the "St. Louis Stop", which is, at best, slowing down 
enough on right turns not to push the passenger into the steerer's lap.  
You can just imaging what driving a bike in that town is like.
