It would be good to follow-up with what action was / will be taken. I would not 
treat this as simply a "traffic incident". The driver's action implied intent, 
which makes it a CRIMINAL matter. It would, of course, require one or more of 
the cyclists to file a criminal complaint, and describe the vehicle, and go 
through with pressing charges.
