Yes, I just saw the article. I know five people that live in that area that might have been riding, own lots of lights, and might have told someone else they needed one. The the two I've talked to didn't know anything about it, but will be on the lookout for the bikes described.
The pool of people that would have been riding last night (it was COLD) is considerably smaller than if this had happened in June. With a description of the bikes and people, maybe someone can help the police track down the anger-management-challenged attackers.
