The project you describe is a stormwater project to improve conveyance along the bikepath, improve the quality of the runoff thru this area and to repair some severe erosion damage that was threatening the path. The storm water quality components will require periodic maintenance - probably twice per year. We are constructing access points off of the bikepath for that future infrequent maintenance.
