Hi all. 

This is my first post to Bikies. I get this great online magazine called
CitiesGoGreen. In this months issue, a small article highlights the
State of Oregon's successful Road User Fee Pilot Program, which would
replace the gas tax by a mileage tax. Wisconsin is known for being a
leader, and with the miles and miles of roads, would this be feasible
for us? Who knows, but food for thought. For the whole article:
