I don't know if anyone noticed...but Wisconsin has been ranked the second most bicycle-friendly state in the country by LAB (Washington state is #1) Which makes me wonder how bad is it in the other 48? Because even though there are pockets of goodness...I don't think we ought to be #2. -Dar
