It seems similar to Wisconsin's law discussed here recently, except that instead of 45-seconds, one must wait an "unreasonable" amount of time. Curious choice of words. I also enjoyed the first comment on this article, "Great job missouri... once again making bicyclists some sort of Elite group of idiots...." If I'm going to be an idiot, I'd sure prefer to be an elite one.
