Yes, there seems to be a national movement by the motorcycle lobbies, ABATE, etc (ABATE = American Bikers Aimed Toward Education in California, or A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments in Wisconsin or American Bikers for Awareness, Training, and Education in MN)
