total to get only people who traveled, it's 4 percent. (Figured this way, 
bike-ped together is 13 percent). There are pretty big MOEs here, given the 
one-year sample, but this is pretty consistent with the 3-year average 2005-7:

I would guess that the percentage is considerably higher in Madison,
especially on the Isthmus and near West Side.
