I don't have a problem with cars. Its the drivers who are potentially the problems - and probably just a small percentage of drivers that create risks for bicyclists. Those risks can be minimized by changing the behavior of the drivers.
I think sharrows are a good idea if they can modify the behavior of the drivers.
