My idea for the intersection is to vacate the section of Monroe in front of the now complete but vacant hotel and Mickey's Dairy Bar. Inbound automobile traffic on Monroe would be diverted to the one block segment of Breeze Terrace and turn right - at a 90 degree intersection - to go eastbound on Regent. If they wanted to continue on Monroe they would have to go left on Monroe off of Regent. I think this is a a minority of what drivers are doing. This would make it 5 spokes instead of 6. And get rid of Crazylegs across the middle of it all.
