Does anyone have info on the case of the cyclist killed in Iowa County in July? His name was Allen Belonger, and he was from the Milwaukee area. 16 year old kid made a left in front of him. The kid wasn't charged at the time, and only ticketed for failure to yield. Since then, no word on charges.
The DA isn't returning reporters phone calls, and I thought maybe someone on this list might have heard something, or knows who to ask in Iowa County. Thanks.
