he bikes from the Greenwood neighborhood downtown to his new job at city
hall.

I particularly enjoyed the bit where the staffer responsible for his
schedule explains the challenges of building a day for a biking mayor--
she works to get him to his highest elevation early in the day so it can
be downhill from there. Another high point is when Mike gloats about the
fact that there is no free parking-- for automobiles-- in city hall.
