Streetfilms highlights what I yearn to see more of.  Leading by example and showcasing positive examples of livable streets worldwide is a great mission.

I feel so lucky to live in Madison, and I envision continued progression toward making our city more functional and hospitable for walkers, cyclists, and public transit.  Street films is an instructional example showing that you don't need to be anti anything to work toward making the streets safe, accessible, (and possibly fun) for all.

I particularly enjoyed the bit where the staffer responsible for his schedule explains the challenges of building a day for a biking mayor-- she works to get him to his highest elevation early in the day so it can be downhill from there. Another high point is when Mike gloats about the fact that there is no free parking-- for automobiles-- in city hall.
