C.2 is a report on how the Police Property Room handles stolen and abandoned bikes and how they coordinate with the bike registration program, which is houses in Traffic Engineering. I expect this item t be referred, as it appears that no one from the Police Dept will be available to answer questions. However, you may want to look at the report and forward comments or concerns to me, Arthur Ross, or the Police Property Room Supervisor. Please note that the MPD no longer holds the semi-annual auctions to clear out the property room. All items now are sent to an internet auction service, so you can no longer go looking for your bike at the auction. According to this report, items are only held for 30-45 days. C.3 is to accept the final report on Central Park, which has some bike features and impacts. D.1 is a continuing discussion about the adult crossing guard program.
