This item was requested by a citizen during public comment a couple months ago. * Informational presentation by MPD on training provided for PD officers on traffic laws as the relate to bicyclists. * Update and presentation by Erdman Development Group on proposed development at Whitney Way and University Ave. The developer had wanted PBMVC input on traffic circulation - including pedestrian and bicycle traffic. This is an update on changes they have made. * Discussion of the draft zoning code ordinance related to bicycle parking. * Report and discussion of 2008/2009 Platinum priorities.
